Our remote access utilities are completely secure using the latest in end-to-end, 256-bit SSL encryption for compliance with HIPAA, Sarbanes-Oxley and other federal and local legislation. Connection can be established with just a few mouse clicks. Once the remote session has ended our RAS utility software is automatically removed from the client computer leaving absolutely no traces. A high speed Internet connection is required in order to use our Remote Access Service. Our consultants have the expertise to determine what problems can be resolved remotely and what problems need to be resolved on-site. Sometimes we can provide a "temporary fix" via remote access until a consultant can be dispatched to your location. When using our Remote Access Service, specific protocols are required in order to serve our clients: - We respond to service/help desk request made by client.
- We determine if RAS is a viable option for client
(This is done via E-mail or Telephone.) - Client must complete & return service agreement/credit card authorization form (Forms can be downloaded or faxed to client.)
- Remote Access Service Tool is downloaded by client
- Remote Access Session is initiated by client.
- After RAS session has ended a detailed service support receipt will be emailed to client.
