Abeltech Systems has been providing outsourced IT services and support to small businesses and non-profit organizations since 2003.  Ever since then, our area of service coverage has expanded from the city of Covina, throughout Southern California, and nearby states.

Because we have implemented some of the latest technology in Remote Access Service and are able to dispatch support engineers to almost any city in the continental United States (usually at no extra cost), we can now provide our proprietary service application on a national scale.

Our certified support technicians and engineers have over 20 years of experience in Information Technology. We also staff young innovative engineers as well in order to round out our approach to providing complete IT solutions for our clients.

Our approach to IT service & support is NOT geared towards "problem, reaction, solution" but proactive, preventative, management, and the minimization/elimination of problems. When our subscription based solution (Known as our "Virtual IT Department") is implemented we are rewarded for preventing and controlling IT issues before they arise, as opposed to the traditional model of IT consulting firms who are motivated by solving IT problems that arise.
